The purpose of the classes is to teach the practical and increasingly popular aspects of Muay Thai and kickboxing. Each session will help build your cardio fitness and you will be shown how to throw powerful: kicking, kneeing, punching and elbowing techniques. As your confidence builds, you can then move on to light sparring classes; but if you prefer to stick with pad and bag work, that's fine - the choice is totally yours.

All levels of fitness/experience are welcome. Whether you are male or female, we aim not only to help increase your overall fitness; but to share many years of martial arts experience in a safe and friendly environment. |

The class participants wear shorts or lightweight contact pants with a tee shirt of vest. Only indoor training or boxing boots may be worn in the dojo but this class is generally taught in bare feet |
