This class is to compliment your martial arts training or can be done as part of your general fitness training.
The class format varies from circuit based to working as a group. The focus of the class is to strengthen and tone the muscles of the abs and back along with specific compound exercises that will work the body as a whole for a balanced workout.
The class makes use of various equipment such as stability balls, Bosu trainer dumbbells, kettles and resistance tubes as well as using body weight exercise
The class is taught by Clare who has had over 20 years experience in the industry and is continuing to be innovative and effective in her teaching skills
